Munich, Germany

INTRODUCE YOUR BRAND

Munich of all places has some of the most interesting architecture, beautiful parks and there are always some kind of events going on. As a history buff, I was interested in visiting all the historic spots around the city. Mozart used to visit here and wrote many ideas while drinking beer in the Hofbrauhaus. The famous beer hall that used to be the Communist headquarters for Vladimir Lenin, as well as where Hitler gave his first speech to a big crowd. The Beer Hall Putsch was ended right at the left of the picture above in the Odeonsplatz. There is an alley in the back that people who opposed the Nazis would take so they didn’t have to give the Nazi salute as they walked by the Feldherrnhalle.

Don’t forget to watch the Glockenspiel go off at noon for the famous puppets dancing at the Rathaus! Grab a beer while you wait and do some people watching. There was a funny mime interacting with people that had us cracking up while we were waiting. Then we left our cellphones behind and went swimming in the English Garden. Was perfect weather for September! The Gardens are a must visit…
